- Fulfilment fields: shipping address, phone, basket lines, prepaid vs COD choice.
- Messages filed via Contact, Help Center, or Track & Support.
Observed while you browse
- Session tokens, basic device/browser signals, and IP hints used for fraud friction — not for off-site profiling.
3. Why we process
- Secure sign-in and one-time email verification.
- Pick, pack, and hand-off to courier partners.
- Transactional notices (dispatch, attempts, remedies).
- Statutory tax and ledger obligations.
4. How long we keep records
Order archives stay for the commercial/tax retention window required in India. Optional marketing consent (if ever collected separately) can be withdrawn by writing to support@rbenterprise.store.
5. Your levers
Request access, correction, or erasure subject to legal holds. Include the email on your account so we can authenticate the request.
6. Safeguards
Passwords use one-way hashing. Card rails run through certified gateways; full PAN data is never stored on our application servers.
7. Framework
This charter is aligned with the Information Technology Act, 2000, the SPDI Rules, 2011, and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
