Hold & Withdraw Protocol

Cancellation requests can be raised before dispatch from Track & Support.
Before the pack line
Withdraw via Track & Support while the order is still queued. Approved pre-pack cancels refund to the original tender.
After label creation
Once a shipment label exists, withdrawal is usually closed. Refusing the parcel may still incur return logistics deductions on any credit.
COD discipline
Serial COD refusals without a documented integrity issue can pause COD eligibility on the account.
Refund tempo
Approved refunds are initiated within 5–7 working days; UPI/bank posting times depend on your provider.
